Largest Fire Police Museum in the UK. Registered charity No 515105. Housed in Victorian Fire Police station, has 3 floors of exhibits, not only from UK, but all over the world.
Throughout the year hundreds of children visit and are given both history and fire safety prevention tuition. We also cater for adult groups with evening visits.

OPEN EVERY SUNDAY AND BANK HOLIDAY MONDAY 11am - 5pm (LAST ENTRY 4pm)
Hot & Cold drinks, pre-packed snacks, biscuits, etc.
Sundays & Bank Holiday Mondays Free car Park at rear of building. At all other times local on street parking.
Play area for children, also Fireman Sam video's in café. Room available for hire for birthday parties, etc. Fire engine rides can be included.
Limited access, disabled visitor toilet provided.
None except guide dogs.
