Site gallery presents a changing programme of free exhibitions of contemporary art as well as talks, events and courses in photography and multi-media. The organisation also offers facilities for photography and computer design to the public. The gallery brings international-standard art to the region and links this in with an education programme to give access to all.

The gallery also has open-access darkroom & computer facilities which are available to hire. Come in to view the changing exhibitions, browse the bookshop or get involved in photography or multi-media. The gallery is situated opposite the National centre for Popular Music.

Nonna's Italian cafe/restaurant run the gallery cafe serving truly authentic italian food and drink from breakfast to evening meals. Extensive menu including vegetarian options.
The cafe is licensed and serves a wide range of beers and wines.
Parking is available on Brown Street a few metres from the gallery.
Children are welcome - there are regular events for teenagers and families.
all facilities including the darkrooms and computer suites are accessible to wheelchair users.
