About Victoria Palace Theatre
Moy's Music Hall was on the site of this theatre at first. It was renamed Royal Standard Music Hall later. When demolished, the new building was named Victoria Palace. The word "theatre" was added to the name in 1934.
As many as 1517 patrons can come to see the latest productions. Among earlier presentations were Me and My Girl, The Lambeth Walk, The Black and White Minstrel Show, Carry On London, Buddy, and Always.
