About The New Ambassadors Theatre

The New Ambassador's Theatre itself is rather small. The stage is quite small for a community theatre, only 6.25 metres.

This theatre is best-known for Agatha Christie's thriller named The Mousetrap, which opened in 1952 and remained here for 21 years. Other successes include 84 Charing Cross Road, Les Liasons Dangereuses, The Killing of Sister George, and Dames At Sea.

This small theatre provides seating for 444 persons on two levels.
