Ideally positioned close to the spectacular beauty of the Monsal Dale Long Leys is a charming property with some of the Peak District s main attractions close by. For those seeking some history the country houses of Chatsworth and Haddon Hall are nearby. Walkers will be spoilt for choice between the contrasting landscapes of the White and Dark Peaks. Entry to the barn is via a spacious lounge which benefits from a gas coal effect log burning stove which makes a central feature of the room. The lounge has a vaulted beam ceiling which adds to the charisma of the space. A door leads through to the hallway and the country style kitchen-dining area that s fully equipped with everything guests require. On the ground floor there is a cosy single bedroom with a charming sloping ceiling. Upstairs the main bedroom has a double bed and there is a bathroom on this floor which consist of a bath shower-over hand basin and toilet. Outside there is a seating area to the front of the cottage that s a great spot for a BBQ. Long Leys is one of four cottages in the same location that can be booked together to sleep up to 18 people.
