food
Rubato, the Phil's new café bar, features fabulous handmade sandwiches, salads with locally-sourced organic produce, toasted paninis, homemade soups, daily specials, homemade cakes and pastries, and cheesecake from Dafna's Cheesecake Factory - all made with relentless dedication to quality and freshness.

Patrons can also enjoy a superb choice of Illy™ coffee, teas, soft drinks and selected wines and beers, in a casual yet sophisticated setting. There's free WiFi, great music (of course!), newspapers and the latest music magazines. Why not give it a try for lunch (takeaway available), coffee and cake or a quick pre-concert supper? Have a look at our menu.
Avoid queueing at the bar by pre-ordering your interval drinks in Rubato. We are located downstairs at Philharmonic Hall (entrance on Caledonia Street, just off Hope Street).
