Price of holiday cottages and self catering accommodation
Holiday cottage owners and self catering accommodation booking agencies charge different rates for different properties, based on the size of the cottage and the time of the year. A holiday cottage will cost more in the busier peak season than it would in the less popular winter months. Certain holidays such as Easter and Christmas are popular for self catering holidays and prices can rise during these periods. We can only give you a little guidance on what to expect and you should read the holiday cottage details for price details.
Each cottage has been given a set of prices for weekly bookings and for short breaks, where available, for the different price periods during the year.
Holiday cottage prices are based on 7 days stay, starting on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday (see individual properties for changeover details). The prices vary depending on the time of year you wish to holiday.
Holiday cottage listed prices are per property, per week and not per person.
For some cottages there may also be other charges e.g. linen, heating, taking your pet, etc. which should be mentioned in the holiday cottage description.
Holiday cottage owners and self catering accommodation booking agencies may charge a booking fee, which is not refundable in case of cancellations.
