Getting the keys for your holiday cottage or self catering accommodation

You should be able to get the key from the holiday cottage owner or self catering accommodation booking agency when you arrive. Many owners arrange to meet you on arrival so that they can hand you the keys and make sure you settle in.

The keys will be your responsibility during your stay and any costs incurred through loss, damage, loss of access to property or keys not being returned to their original collection point, may be charged to you.
