A newly renovated modern cottage set on a working farm with equestrian facilities, in the beautiful Yorkshire countryside. Kennythorpe is a small hamlet with spectacular views. It is within easy access of historic York, Scarborough and Whitby, and there are plenty of local attractions all within a short journey. The local market town of Malton is within easy access with a variety of shops, pubs and restaraunts for you to enjoy. The cottage features a double bedroom with fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers, a full kitchen with electric cooker, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is also a table and chairs for dining. A newly fitted bathroom with corner shower enclosure, sink set into a vanity unit and WC. There are 2 lounges, one with a comfortable sofa and swivel chair, television and DVD player, and a log burning stove, the other with reclining easy chairs, radio/CD player and games. There is a range of books and maps to inspire you for walks and trips out during your stay. The cottage has uPVC double glazing and central heating throughout.
