This charming Cumbrian cottage has 3 bedrooms, one double; one twin and one with 3' bunk beds (suitable for adults), and is equipped to accommodate 4 to 6 people. There is ample room for a 'Z-bed' for a seventh person - a cot and highchair are available if required.

The kitchen is well equipped for all of your culinary needs should home cooking be on the menu.

It is ideally located for exploring the area and is a wlakers and hikers delight.

Appleby has a railway station on the Settle-Carlisle Railway, and is a good place to see the steam trains that often pass on Saturdays. Appleby is on or near to the Cumbria Cycle Way, the Westmorland Way, the Pennine Way and the Coast to Coast Walk.
