Hayloft Cottage - Near Appleby
A lovely one bedroom cottage sleeping up to two guests and is part of a collection of seven cottages sleeping from a choice of two to seven guests or up to 30 guests for those family celebrations and get togethers with friends. It is in a superb location with great views of the Eden Valley, Lake District hills and the North Pennines. It is a fully equipped self-catering cottage which comes complete with bed linen, duvets, hand towels and bath sheets for your convenience. We are easily accessible from all major road networks which saves times while on those short breaks and we have ample private off-street parking.
We have an adjacent field with separated children's play area and dog exercise field, we welcome dogs over 12 months old, as well as a room with pool table and washing and drying facilities.
We have walks from the door and many more within a few minutes and for those who prefer two wheels we are located on two national cycle routes and located on a circular 40 mile off road route for the more adventuress.
we are located on site and are always here to offer as little or as much advice as you wish regarding, pubs, restaurants, walking, activities, places to visit. child friendly locations and will gladly arrange bookings or reservations in advance or while you are here.

Appleby has a railway station on the Settle-Carlisle Railway, and is a good place to see the steam trains that often pass on Saturdays. Appleby is on or near to the Cumbria Cycle Way, the Westmorland Way, the Pennine Way and the Coast to Coast Walk.
