.Overlooking the mighty Ben Cruachan, surrounded by beech and oak woods, teaming with wildlife, Butlers Cottage is the perfect holiday location to unwind. The cottage is warm and cosy, with a wood burning stove, along with everything else you should need for your holiday, including being dog friendly.
This lovely 2 bedroom cottage, adjoining the main house, is full of character and warmth. Cosy and comfortable the cottage opens onto a courtyard, with patio for barbecues. The enormous front lawn is to be enjoyed by all, be it playing ball games, practising your fly casting or just watching the spectacular sunsets.
With the Inverawe Smokery and Fisheries on the doorstep, you can not only enjoy the delicious smoked products from the shop and free entry into the smokery exhibition, but can go fishing early or late to fit in with your families plans all at our special cottage-fishing discount rates.
Step out of the house into a paradise of wildlife. It is not unusual to open the curtains and find a roe deer in the front field. Or watch our resident buzzards soaring over the beech trees and the sand martins doing their evening flypast.. In spring, when all the wild azelias and rhodendrons are out, its like walking through a massive exotic garden. Enjoy walking down on the rivers edge, or walk down to Loch Etive and enjoy all the seabirds.
