The Hay Loft is a delightful, stylish cottage in the hamlet of Melin Y Wern, near Nannerch, in a mill conservation area in Flintshire. The cottage is set completely on the first floor and is accessed via the original external stone staircase. There is one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, plus an open plan living space with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a comfy sofa that converts into a double sofa bed. Outside is off road parking for two cars in a communal car park, along with communal lawns and patios with furniture. There is a mill stream and leat running alongside the mill conversion, plus woodland walks that can be enjoyed from the doorstep, making The Hay Loft a wonderful base for a couple.
