Lantern House is a lovely mid-terrace property situated in a modern holiday development, The Bay, three miles from the traditional seaside town of Filey and can sleep four people. There is a double bedroom with a TV, a twin bedroom (zip/link, can be super king-size double on request), a bathroom, a ground floor basin and WC, an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburner. Outside there is off road parking for one car plus guest parking, a small private patio to the rear with furniture and communal grounds with lakes and picnic areas. With the beach within walking distance, Lantern House is a lovely seaside holiday base.
