44 Lower Lake is a 17th century, Grade II listed cottage located in the town of Battle, just six miles from Hastings. The cottage sleeps five people in two bedrooms, consisting of one super king-size double and one king-size double with a cot bed. Also in the cottage are a fitted kitchen with dining area and woodburning stove, a sitting room with woodburning stove and a shower room. Outside is off road parking for one car and an enclosed walled garden with furniture and BBQ. Situated in East Sussex, 44 Lower Lake is a lovely cottage to visit at any time of the year.
