Nearby Cambrian Mountains are breath-taking and for nature lovers the Cors Caron National Nature Reserve is home to 170 species of bird such as the rare Red Kite usually soaring above your hut! Tregaron is known for harness racing and a music festival. Attractions include Dolaucothi Gold Mines Llanerchaeron Estate and Strata Florida Abbey. The seaside is a short drive and Aberaeron with an eclectic mix of colours and independent shops is 12 miles.
