A terrace cottage, furnished and presented to a very high standard throughout, and within quick and easy reach of Dartmouth town centre. The accommodation is divided over three floors and is perhaps best suited to couples or families with children over 5 years of age.  The cottage has been significantly refurbished in recent years to include a new bathroom and kitchen and redecorated throughout in 2012. There is a delightful and particularly spacious two-tiered decking area with deck lights, sun loungers, table, chairs and barbeque, ideal for al fresco dining or an evening drink.

LOCATION The cottage is in Lake Street, just a few yards level walk from the towns' restaurants, cafes, boutiques and delightful embankment.

ENTRANCE A small number of stone steps lead up to the entrance door, which opens directly into the sitting room.

SITTING/DINING ROOM A sitting area with two lovely leather sofas, gas stove, TV with 'You View' box, DVD player, Playstation 2, sideboard and iPod dock. The folding wooden dining table has four chairs.  

KITCHEN The sitting room opens into an attractive galley-style kitchen area with a good range of cream units, four-ring halogen hob, electric oven and grill, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave.

BEDROOMS Two. On the first floor is a twin bedroom with two single beds, bedside units and wardrobe/drawers. On the second floor (partially built into the roof space) is a large double room with King-size wooden framed bed, bedside units, wardrobe, drawers, velux windows and television.  N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen, hand and bath towels, bath mats and tea towels are provided.  Tenants require their own beach towels.

BATHROOM Well presented and recently updated to include a new bathroom suite (on the first floor), fully tiled with bath, power shower (over), wash-hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail.

OUTSIDE To the rear of the property is a delightful and particularly spacious two-tiered decking area with deck lights, sun loungers, table, chairs and barbeque, ideal for al fresco dining or an evening drink.

PARKING* A seasonal parking pass is provided for the Mayors Avenue car park from 28th March 2014 for 6 months.

OTHER INFORMATION Oak flooring throughout the ground floor with carpet in most other rooms.  Gas fired central heating and instant hot water via combi-boiler. Wifi available (from December 2013).  Strictly no smoking permitted.
