A traditional cottage bungalow in a stunning position just a few yards from the beach and sea at Hallsands, and with panoramic ocean views from the garden, lounge and master bedroom. The pet friendly property is furnished and decorated to a good standard with lovely mature and well-maintained gardens to the front, side and rear. There is parking for one car in front of the property and additional free parking nearby. The market town of Kingsbridge is some 15-20 minutes drive away, whilst the naval port of Dartmouth is only 10 miles further along the coast.

KITCHEN Modern well equipped kitchen with white units, electric hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, pine dining table and chairs.

LIVING ROOM Light and sunny lounge with large bay window (with cushioned seating) to take in the superb view, and table - ideal for cards or jigsaw puzzles. Large sofa, armchairs, TV and DVD.

UTILITY ROOM Large utilty room/porch with sink unit, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer. Plenty of room for a dog's bed/equipment etc.

BEDROOMS Two - Master bedroom with double pine bed, drawers, TV and *shower cubicle (with electric shower). Twin bedroom with pine single beds and drawers - hanging space in hallway. All duvets, pillows and bed linen provided. Tenants will require towels and tea towels.

BATHROOM Fully tiled bathroom with new bath, power shower (over), wash-hand basin and w.c.

OUTSIDE Mature and well-maintained lawn and gardens to front, side and rear.

PARKING There is parking for one car in front of the gate at the property and ample free parking for additional cars is available at the Beach Head car park nearby.

OTHER INFORMATION Laminate flooring throughout. Night storage heating and hot water by immersion. Payphone available.
