Netherton Farm is set in a small peaceful hamlet in a secluded valley surrounded by five acres of beautiful farm and woodland, seven miles from Salcombe in one direction and Dartmouth slightly further in the other. This area is a haven for birds and wildlife and a favourite for walkers (with or without a four-legged friend!) and cyclists. All guests at Netherton have use of the owner?s fabulous heated outdoor swimming pool (from May until early October, weather permitting) as well as access to the large communal grassed area.
Willow is a converted, detached studio situated above the farmhouse garage. It has a private raised decking area with table and chairs. The large open plan living area is built into the roof space and is equipped and furnished to a very good standard throughout. Accepting up to two well-behaved dogs and with a good range of 'baby friendly' equipment, the studio is the perfect option for a couple plus baby or dog, looking to escape the crowds in comfortable and relaxing surroundings.

ENTRANCE Steps lead up to a private decked balcony and then into the open plan living area via double French doors.
LOUNGE/KITCHEN/DINING ROOM A large open plan room built into the roof space features a modern kitchen/dining area with cream shaker style units, granite worktops and splash-backs, butler sink, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, four-ring electric hob and oven, farmhouse table and four chairs. BEDROOM With King-size bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, wardrobe and Juliet balcony overlooking the gardens. N.B. Duvet, pillows, bed linen and towels (excluding those for the beach) are provided.
BABY FRIENDLY FACILITIES A cot and highchair are available.
SHOWER ROOM Very nicely presented room with shower, wash-hand basin and w.c.
OUTSIDE The cottage has a private, raised decking area with table and chairs and for those with dogs, there is use of a couple of fields adjoining the property.
SWIMMING POOL Use of outdoor heated pool in Summer.
OTHER INFORMATION The studio has oak flooring throughout the living areas with carpet in the bedroom. Strictly no smoking. Two well behaved dogs permitted by arrangement with the owners. Wireless internet broadband available.
NB. Please be aware that there is a small circular former farm pond below Willow Studio. Children and dogs need to be supervised at all times.
