Outside: enclosed decked area to the front of the property with garden furniture secluded lawn area to the side and access to 3.5 acres of land with extensive gardens with woodland stream and pond (please ensure children are supervised in this area). Amenities: private off-road parking for 3 cars. Bed linen towels electric central heating (underfloor heating on the ground floor) and Wi-Fi included. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome (please kindly ensure that they are kept on the ground floor using the stairgates provided and under control when outside due to the owners own pets and livestock in neighbouring fields).
