While back inside there s a cosy wood burner to look forward to particularly after a day trip out to the moors or the coast. It makes the ideal base for an escape from a busy lifestyle and is in a central position for touring the south west. You are close to Exmoor and Dartmoor National Park with pathways picturesque villages and character moorland pubs. Slightly further afield but accessible in around an hour are the sandy beaches of the north of the county including Croyde and Saunton; a surfers paradise. The cathedral city of Exeter is just 16 miles and Crediton is also easily accessible offering an array of shops and numerous eateries. South Molton is a 30 minute drive and offers superb markets and vintage shops. The accommodation is all on one level and offers ONE bedroom: double with en-suite shower and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with woodburner (first basket of logs included) TV and DVD. Kitchen: with electric oven and hob fridge/freezer microwave and washing machine. Outside: large enclosed garden with countryside views seating and BBQ. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels electric and Wi-Fi included. Additional info: the woodburner is the main source of heating with additional electric heaters in the bedroom. The property is situated adjacent to the owners home yet provides privacy and comfort.
