A very comfortable and well-equipped first floor apartment, tastefully furnished and presented to a very good standard throughout, and with off-road parking for one car.  The two-bedroomed accommodation is ideally set up for a couple or young family and enjoys the benefit of a delightful balcony with estuary views from an elevated position above the town.

Apartment 3 (1st Floor)

LOCATION Set in a mainly residential, quiet part of the town, Lyndhurst is within a 10 minute downhill walk to Salcombe's famous waterfront, boutiques and restaurants.

VIEWS Superb estuary and country views over the town and across to South Pool Creek, Batson and Kingsbridge from the living room and balcony

HALLWAY Entrance to the property is via a small reception area with a door leading into the apartment.

LOUNGE/KITCHEN/DINING ROOM This lovely light and bright room with large windows offers a superb view over the town, estuary and surrounding countryside stretching far into the distance. The sitting area features a comfortable two seater sofa, cream leather chair with footstall and a further armchair, flatscreen TV with Freeview and a DVD player. A door leads out to the balcony with table and chairs. The Shaker-style kitchen has blue pearl granite worktops, double oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge with ice box, and microwave. Folding dining table and chairs. Steps/lead down to a small hallway with a UTILITY CUPBOARD which contains a washer/dryer and water heater.

BEDROOMS The master en suite bedroom has a King-size divan bed, small chest of drawers and canvas wardrobe. The en suite bathroom has a bath, shower (over), w.c and wash-hand basin. The second bedroom is also a very good size with King-size bed, single wardrobe and chest of drawers. (There is a small area off the second bedroom with a single bed and bedguard. This area is to be used for children only and should not be used to exceed the accommodation maximum of 4 persons).  N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are supplied - tenants need to bring beach and tea towels.

BATHROOM In addition to the en suite bathroom there is a good sized family bathroom with bath, mixer shower, sink and w.c

OUTSIDE All guests have use of communal gardens to the rear. These have been landscaped to create separate lawn terraces, the upper of which has a view of the estuary between Lyndhurst and its neighbouring property. The gardens have well stocked borders, shrubs and other plants including a mature palm.

PARKING Off-road parking for one car only in front of the apartments- additional on street parking is usually available nearby.
