A deceptively spacious and well presented apartment in central Salcombe, recently refurbished to a good standard throughout. The comfortably furnished living accommodation is divided over two floors and is ideally suited to families or couples looking for quick access to the town, estuary and local sandy beaches.

LOCATION The Hideaway is in central Fore Street (although accessed from 'Folly Lane') above and opposite the shops and cafes in this area of Salcombe.  A wide range of pubs, restaurants, galleries and boutiques are all within a few yards walk

ENTRANCE A shared gated entrance (for 2 flats) is at ground floor level on Folly Lane - this leads to the entrance and a flight of stairs up to the two-storey accommodation. 

DINING ROOM At the top of the stairs is a dining area with round pine table seating six comfortably. 

SITTING ROOM A bright and tastefully furnished sitting room has two large sofas, feature open fireplace (not for tenant use), widescreen TV with Freesat, DVD player and CD hi-fi system.

KITCHEN The well equipped kitchen comprises a range of painted units, four-ring halogen hob and electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine/Tumble Dryer, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave.

BEDROOMS Three in total, two of which are on the second floor.  A master bedroom has a super-King size bed (6'), oak bedside units and matching wardrobe, and wicker chair.  The second bedroom at this level has a double bed, oak bedside unit and fitted wardrobe.  A third bedroom (accessed via a wooden staircase from the kitchen, and built into the roof space) has sloping eaves,  two single beds, oak bedside tables and chest of drawers.  N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are supplied - tenants need to bring all beach and tea towels.

BATHROOMS On the first floor (adjacent to the kitchen) is a stylish family bathroom with bath, shower (over), w.c., wash-hand basin and heated towel rail.  On the second floor is a shower room with shower cubicle,  w.c., wash-hand basin and heated towel rail. 

PARKING: Parking is available in the long stay Car Park situated on Gould Road. Parking permits can be purchased from our Coast and Country offices.  Please ask for assistance upon your arrival.

OTHER INFORMATION Painted wooden flooring in the living areas with carpet in bedrooms. Electric central heating and hot water.  Regret no pets. Strictly non smoking.
