The apartment is just five minutes or so downhill walk to the sandy beach and the popular 'Winking Prawn' beachside bistro.
St. Elmo Court occupies a secluded and private setting in sheltered sub-tropical south facing gardens and just a few minutes from North Sands beach, and enjoys superb views over the valley and the mouth of the Salcombe estuary. The spacious and well-equipped apartments each have a balcony to take in the delightful view as well as a parking space for one car and use of the lovely outdoor heated swimming pool.

LOUNGE/DINING ROOM A beautifully presented room with TV, DVD, video, feature marble and oak fireplace and sliding glass door to good-sized balcony with wooden table and chairs. Archway from lounge through to dining area with superb oak table and chairs.
BEDROOMS Two: Master bedroom with 6' double bed, built-in wardrobe and door out to balcony. Large, fully tiled en suite bathroom with bath (hand-held shower), walk-in shower cubicle, wash-hand basin, w.c., and heated towel rail. Second large bedroom with twin 3' beds and built-in wardrobes (A third 3' single bed is available on request) -All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (excluding beach towels) provided.
SHOWER ROOM Adjacent to the second bedroom with walk-in shower, wash-hand basin, heated towel rail, w.c., shaver point and light.
OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL St. Elmo residents enjoy exclusive use of a superb, private outdoor heated swimming pool which is available from early May to late September each year (please check with office for confirmed dates).
