End House (Cottage), The
The End House is a charming and tastefully renovated 19th Century cottage furnished and presented to a very good standard throughout, ideally situated in a central position near to the Yacht Club and within a pleasant stroll of the shops, quays and restaurants. ENTRANCE Into a spacious hallway off which is a bathroom and two bedrooms. Stairs lead up to the first floor accommodation.
LOUNGE With two large sofas, armchair, 32" LCD television with Freeview, DVD player and coffee table.
KITCHEN/DINING ROOM A modern and very well equipped kitchen area with electric double oven, ceramic hob, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer. Large glass dining table with 6 chairs and door leading out to garden area.
BEDROOMS Three in total, two on the lower level (first floor). A twin bedroom has two single beds, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and flatscreen TV. Double bedroom with wooden-framed King-size bed, wardrobe, shelving, mirror, bedside unit, flatscreen TV and feature fire place. On the second floor is a further double room with King-size oak bed, bedside cabinets, flatscreen TV and wardrobe. N.B. Duvet, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided.
BATH/SHOWER ROOMS On the first floor (off the hallway) is a spacious modern bathroom with bath, electric shower (over), w.c., wash hand basin, heated towel rail, shaver point and mirror. On the second floor is a shower room with shower cubicle, w.c, wash hand basin, heated towel rail, shaver point and mirror.
OUTSIDE Rockery style garden has a pathway leading up to a raised decked area with table, chairs and barbecue. Lovely views over the estuary towards South Pool Creek.
PARKING For two cars in gated courtyard accessed directly from Cliff Road.
