With three bedrooms, one on the ground floor, plus a ground floor bathroom and a shower room, up to five can stay. There's also a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with an electric fire, whilst outside, there is ample off road parking, a private, enclosed patio, a shared children's play area and walks to be enjoyed across the farm. With fishing also available nearby and the joys of the Dales and Lake District both within easy reach, Oak Tree Cottage is a wonderful base.
