The cottage has a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a ground floor double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a ground floor twin bedroom, a ground floor wet room, an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with gas fire and a mezzanine sitting area. Outside there is ample off road parking, an enclosed patio and lawned garden to the rear with furniture and trampoline, and a courtyard garden to the front.
