It is set on a hill with spectacular views of the sea and mountains beyond to Whiddy island. The fishing pier is a short stroll away. The apartment is cosy, very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The owner living next door is on hand to give helpful advice on local amenities, and having young children herself offers an array of children's toys including bikes and a babysitting service if required. This is a great base for touring many of west Cork's wonderful sights, and the local pub serves excellent value for money food.Pub 1 mile. Beach 25 miles.
