Nestled in a peaceful tranquil setting in the beautiful Glen Clova valley just 10 miles from the historic town of Kirriemuir in the spectacular Angus glens making this a paradise for walkers hikers and mountain bikers with numerous hills nearby mountain ranges and country tracks to explore .The river Esk is close at hand for trout and salmon fishing and golfers are spoilt for choice with Kirriemuir Forfar Rosemount Alyth and Blairgowrie courses close by. The wonderful and vibrant cities of Dundee Perth and Aberdeen are also within easy reach with their excellent shopping and leisure facilities making this a fantastic base for your holiday. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into twin beds) 1 twin zip-and-link (which can be made into a king-size bed). Please request preference of bed make up at the time of booking. On the ground floor 1 double with en-suite shower room with WC accessed via 3 steps. Kitchen/diner: with electric range oven and hob microwave dishwasher fridge/freezer wine cooler and TV/DVD. Utility room: with washing machine and tumble dryer. Boot room: with log store. Outside: large enclosed garden with summer house seating area and fire pit with BBQ. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. 2 dogs welcome.
