A short drive away you ll find Dartmoor National Park Exmoor National Park and many unspoilt Devon villages and towns that are all worth a visit. Bude with its beautiful sandy beaches is easily accessible as is the City of Exeter which is known for its beautiful Cathedral cobbled streets array of shops and restaurants situated a half an hour away. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin. Bathroom: on the ground floor with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with TV DVD hi-fi and doors leading onto the terrace with countryside views. Kitchen area with electric oven and gas hob fridge/freezer dishwasher microwave and washer/dryer. Outside: enclosed terrace and garden reached via a few steps with garden furniture. Owners are happy for your dogs to be exercised in a large secure paddock when there are no livestock present.
