Toshiers Plaice is a lovely Grade II listed terraced cottage situated in the village of Mevagissey just five and a half miles from St. Austell in Cornwall. The cottage can sleep six people in one king-size double bedroom, one twin and one with children's bunks as well as a family bathroom. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire. Outside is off road parking for one car 300 yards away from the property and a private courtyard with furniture. Toshiers Plaice is a delightful cottage in a lovely part of the country.
