8 Benjamin Close is a wonderful detached property with some very attractive views towards the sea and mountains, on the outskirts of Waterville in County Kerry. There is a twin room on the ground floor, and upstairs, two doubles, each with en-suite shower rooms, and a family room with three single beds and an en-suite shower room. On the ground floor is also a family shower room, which can be accessed from the twin bedroom if required. The kitchen is well-equipped, with a central island which doubles as a breakfast bar, and a dining area. The sitting room has a cosy woodburning stove, and there is also a first floor reading area with a sofabed. Outside, there is off road parking for 4 cars, and a lovely large lawned garden with furniture and a BBQ. From 8 Benjamin Close it is easy to relax on the beach in Waterville, or head out round the Ring of Kerry, making it an ideal base for a memorable Irish break.
