Isallt Fawr is a lovely detached farmhouse near the village of Golan, six miles from Porthmadog. The cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms which are a king-size double, a double and a twin room. There is also a ground floor bathroom, a kitchen with a dining area, a sitting room and a second sitting room with a woodburner. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed lawned garden to the front and rear with furniture. Isallt Fawr provides a fantastic base for friends or a family to explore this picturesque area.

Note: Cottage is accessed via a rough mountain track (approx 0.3 miles long), which can be difficult in winter and on occasions has become impassable for any vehicle other than vehicles with four wheel drive
Note: Please take care on the spiral stone staircase; there is another staircase from the hallway which accesses the first floor and there are several low doorways
Note: Mobile signal is very limited
Note: This property is on a mountain working sheep farm, dogs must be kept on a lead at all times when outside cottage
Note: Children must always be supervised when outside
Note: Private water supply which is tested annually
