Beenbane Lower is a large detached house which sits in a small hamlet just outside the coastal resort town of Waterville in County Kerry. The cottage sleeps eight people in four beautifully decorated bedrooms, three of which are on the ground floor (two twins and two doubles with en-suite facilities), as well as a large family bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath. The downstairs of the cottage comprises an open plan living area with fitted kitchen, a dining area in the sun room and sitting area for 6 people with an open fire. To the outside is a lawned garden surrounding the cottage with furniture and a barbecue as well as ample off road parking. Beenbane Lower benefits from being close to the amenities of the town, but is just far enough outside to relish the peace and tranquillity of the County Kerry countryside.
