Lawns House Farm is a brick built, semi-detached, former farmhouse, set on a working farm in between the villages of North Duffield and Skipwith just twelve miles south of the city of York. With six bedrooms comprised of three doubles (one with an ensuite), two twins (one with an ensuite) and one family room as well as a family bathroom, this cottage can sleep thirteen people. The rest of the accommodation is made up by a fitted kitchen with a dining room and two sitting rooms. To the outside of the cottage is plenty of off road parking and an enclosed rear garden with garden furniture and a barbecue.
