VIEWS From the upper terrace and sitting room there are very pleasant views over and across neighbouring houses towards Snapes Point, South Pool Creek and the Salcombe estuary
ENTRANCE From the private driveway a ground floor entrance opens into a spacious hallway off which is an en suite double bedroom, access to the living accommodation and the boiler/storeroom. A delightful oak, glass and stainless steel staircase leads up to the first floor. CLOAKROOM with w.c. and wash-hand basin.
KITCHEN/DINING ROOM An elegant hand-crafted kitchen is equipped to the very highest standard with sleek white units, marble worktops and breakfast bar with three stools. There is a range of integrated Siemens equipment including induction hob, double oven, larder fridge, larder freezer, and dishwasher, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine (capsules required), wine fridge, and wireless music system. The dining area has a large table seating eight comfortably, and tri-folding doors out to the terrace and garden. UTILITY/SHOWER ROOM A well-equipped utility room (off the kitchen) has a Siemens washing machine and tumble dryer, sink, fitted units and door to the side of the house. There is also a shower cubicle with power shower, perfect for rinsing off sandy kids after a day on the beach!
FAMILY ROOM Two steps lead down from the dining area to a lovely, comfortable 'snug' with wood-burning stove, two double sofas, flatscreen Smart TV, surround sound system, Blu-Ray and DVD player and Nintendo Wii. A further set of French doors open out to the garden.
SITTING ROOM At first floor level is a delightful sitting room with sofas, armchairs, wireless music system and board games for any rainy days, French doors out to the upper terrace.
BEDROOMS Four in total. At ground floor level is a double bedroom with King-size bed, matching oak bedside units, drawers and wardrobe. The first floor master suite has a super-King size bed, matching bedside units and drawers, two large fitted wardrobes, and full length opening windows with Juliet balcony. Also at this level is a twin bedroom with two single beds (that can be linked together on request to create a super-King size double), matching bedside units and drawers, and fitted wardrobe. Each of these bedrooms has an a en suite shower room with large walk-in shower, w.c., wash-hand basin, heated towel rail and shaver point. The fourth bedroom has full-size bunk beds, bedside unit and wardrobe/drawers. All bedrooms also have flatscreen TV's, Now box and DVD player N.B. All duvets, pillows, linen and towels are provided. Tenants will require beach and tea towels.

BATH/SHOWER ROOMS In addition to the three en suites and ground floor shower (above) is a further family bathroom (adjacent to the bunk room), comprising bath, w.c., wash-hand basin, heated towel rail and shaver point.
OUTSIDE To the rear of the house are two terraces, one with a table to seat eight, ideal for al fresco dining. There is also a good-sized area of lawn (sloping to one end) and gas barbeque.
PARKING Ample off-road parking on private drive for 2-3 cars
