LOCATION The cottage is just 2 minutes level walk from the centre of Dartmouth in Charles Street (opposite the market). The town's famous waterfront can be easily reached for boat trips, crabbing or simply to watch the world go by.

ENTRANCE The cottage is accessed directly from Charles Street into a bright open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining area.

LOUNGE/KITCHEN/DINING ROOM A very well presented room with wood flooring, comfy sofa, two armchairs, flat screen Freeview TV with DVD, and a mini CD player. Stairs lead up from the lounge to the first floor bedrooms and bathroom. The lounge extends into a good sized kitchen area with cream units, four ring ceramic hob, electric oven, integrated dishwasher, fridge, small freezer, washing machine, and microwave. Door out to terrace and parking area. Square dining table and four chairs.

BEDROOMS On the first floor are two double bedrooms, both carpeted. The master room has a King size bed, small wardrobe and views over the market/car park. The second room has a double bed and small wardrobe. N.B. All duvets, linen and towels are provided -  tenants will require tea towels and beach towels only.

BATHROOM On the first floor is a tiled bathroom with bath, shower (over), w.c., wash hand basin and towel rail.

OUTSIDE To the rear of the cottage is a small terrace area with table and four chairs.

PARKING For one medium car to the rear of the cottage.

OTHER INFORMATION Unfortunately no pets are accepted, and the property is non smoking. Gas fired central heating and hot water.
