22 The Salcombe
'The Salcombe' apartments are situated in an enviable position on the beautiful waterfront in central Salcombe with magnificent views of the main anchorage, towards South Pool Creek. Each flat has an allocated parking space and mooring, and all guests have use of the heated swimming pool (seasonal) and lovely communal gardens.
Flat 22 (First Floor)
A very comfortable and spacious first floor apartment with a magnificent balcony boasting stunning views across the water. The accommodation has been upgraded in recent years to a good standard throughout and is very well suited to couples or family groups.

ACCOMMODATION A spacious, well equipped and recently re-decorated first floor apartment, upgraded to a good standard in preparation for the 2011 season.
LOUNGE/KITCHEN/DINING ROOM Large airy, open plan room with stunning views and access to the large balcony. Fully refurbished kitchen with fitted units, electric hob and oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The dining area has an extending table with six chairs. The lounge has two large sofas, TV, DVD player, iPod docking unit and French sliding doors out to the balcony.
BEDROOMS Four in total. The en suite master bedroom has a king-size bed, wardrobe, drawers and door to the balcony. En suite bathroom with bath, shower (over), basin, w.c. and towel rail. The second bedroom at the rear has a king-size bed, wardrobe and drawers (this room is adjacent to the entrance to 'Dick and Wills' restaurant which is located on the ground floor below the apartment). There are two further bedrooms - a brightly decorated bunk bedded room for children with wardrobe, and a small single room with drawers and wardrobe. N.B. All bed linen and towels are provided. Please bring your own pool/beach towels.
BATHROOMS In addition to the en suite is a family bathroom with bath, shower (over), basin, w.c. and towel rail.
OUTSIDE Magnificent balcony with extending table and chairs. Stunning views across the main anchorage towards South Pool and East Portlemouth
OTHER INFORMATION Karndean flooring in the open plan living area with carpet in all other rooms.
