The property is set in an area where there are some great walks. The Black Hill (from On The Black Hill fame) and The Black Mountains can be reached directly from the property. The 285km Offa s Dyke Path is easily reached for the more enthusiastic walkers. Longtown has a handy award winning village store and is just a 5 minute drive away. Or take time to visit one of the many castles such as White Castle Skenfrith and Raglan Castle. For shopping Hay-on-Wye with its famous Literary Festival is just a 25 minutes drive away. The accommodation offers: Living/sleeping area - with wood-burner (basket of logs included) large beanbag and floor cushions. Sleeping area has a handmade double bed. Bathroom area: with roll top bath and hand-held shower inside the yurt and a compost toilet outside. Kitchen area: with a wood fired pizza oven and sink cool box situated outside and partially covered by a sail. Dining area: dining table and chairs situated outside. Outside: enclosed wooden deck with reclining chairs and floor cushions and fire bowl. Amenities: parking for 1 car. Bed linen towels electric charging socket and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking or pets. Additional information: This property is for adults only so regretfully no children please.
