The popular seaside town of Bude is only a few miles away and provides all amenities where you will find something to suit everyone with its many shops pubs beaches leisure centre golf course and boating canal. The surrounding area offers a wealth of local attractions including The Big Sheep Milky Way Adventure Park Hidden Valley Launceston Steam Railway and so much more. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin all with flatscreen TVs. Bathroom: with separate shower cubicle and WC. Lounge: with woodburner TV and DVD. Dining room: with TV iPod dock and woodburner. Kitchen: country style with range cooker dishwasher fridge and microwave. Utility room: situated in the outbuilding opposite with washing machine tumble dryer freezer and WC. Outside: decked area with summer house and built in BBQ. Large raised garden with children s swing set approached via 4 stone steps (please take care with children.) Amenities: off-road parking for 4 cars.
