FANTASTIC MOUNTAIN VIEWS In a small hamlet 2 miles from Benderloch this semi-detached villa enjoys wonderful views of fields and the mountains beyond. The house on two levels is spacious and welcoming with a lovely garden room/conservatory with open fields at the back of the property. The popular west coast resort of Oban with its excellent facilities is 12 miles away. The town offers distillery tours a cinema and sports centre as well as lots of places to eat out pubs and hotels. From the harbour in Oban there is a ferry services allowing day trips to the islands. The immediate area around the house is ideal for biking walking and pony-trekking and you can easily walk to the fascinating Sea Life Centre from here. There are walking paths for all abilities under a mile from the house at Southerland Grove. Fishing golf sailing kayaking and winter sports can all be enjoyed nearby. The stunning beach at Tralee is only 5 miles away with miles of sandy beach to explore. Take the ferry from Port Appin to the Isle of Lismore an amazing island to explore on bikes. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 2 double rooms on the first floor and a twin bedroom on the ground floor. Bathroom: with shower over bath. Additional WC. Lounge: with solid fuel burner which provides the cottage heating (first basket of solid fuel free) Sky TV video DVD hi-fi and telephone. Sun room with additional heating. Kitchen: electric oven fridge freezer microwave and dishwasher. Utility room: with washing machine and tumble dryer.
