Only minutes from the A30 which runs through the heart of Cornwall connecting East and West Cornwall makes this the perfect base for guests looking to enjoy the wider county from the popular attraction of Lands End England s most westerly point and St Michael s Mount to the surfing beaches that litter the North coast at Newquay and Watergate Bay to the more sedate traditional Cornwall on the South coast. The pretty coastal towns and villages on the North coast are well worth the short drive. Port Isaac and Padstow are approximately 20 miles. From Padstow quayside you can enjoy a bite to eat at one of the many cafes or bars including TV chef Rick Stein s bistro or restaurant. There is so much to see and do in this glorious area of North Cornwall including the National Trust property at Lanhydrock and the Lost Gardens of Heligan.
