Nestling in one of Appledore s quaint streets you can enjoy the lovely views over the water towards the seaside village of Instow. Watch the boats sail by from the raised decking area in the enclosed patio garden. Enjoy days exploring the hidden cobbled streets around the village or visit one of the areas popular attractions including The Big Sheep The Milky Way Clovelly Dartington Crystal RHS Rosemoor and Tapeley Park to name just a few. Take a short drive over to the sand dunes of Instow or enjoy the 2 miles of golden sand at the beach of Westward Ho! which is only a short 5 minute drive away. In the evenings stroll along the quayside or eat out at one of the many family pubs and restaurants serving good food. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: accessed via steep cottage stairs on split level and restricted head height in areas. 1 double and 1 bunk room with river views on the first floor and 1 large double on the second floor via a narrow flight of stairs.
