The properties are set in the beautiful North Devon countryside and are approached via a private drive with the beach shops and pubs within 5 miles. Many attractions can be found nearby including the popular beaches of Woolacombe and Saunton. Walkers will enjoy exploring Exmoor with its wide variety of wildlife and spectacular moorland views. North Devon s picturesque villages and bustling markets are within easy reach and Ilfracombe s harbour shops bars and restaurants are a short drive away. Alternatively guests can relax on the farm and enjoy roaming the 20 acres or interact with the animals on site. Leisure facilities: guests are welcome to visit the on-site library that is stocked with books children s videos and toys or visit the children s outside play area. Craft sessions are available at an additional charge for ages 13 upwards including stained glass glass painting bottle craft and much more. For younger children of all ages craft sessions can be tailored to your needs (one free taster craft session for all new guests excluding School holidays). Farm activities: meet and interact with a variety of animals many of which are rescue animals including horses donkeys alpacas pigs llama rabbits guinea pigs chickens and ducks. Toddler friendly area with pond dipping animal handling and a chance to enjoy nature in a farm environment. Games room: indoor play barn with pool table table tennis and other games Outside: use of a shared riverside picnic area and access to farm walks. The cottage offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and WC. A staircase from the living area leads to the galleried double bedroom with beautiful full length drapes that ensure your privacy. Wetroom: Located on the Ground Floor with WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open plan with feature window high ceilings flatscreen TV freeview DVD video hi-fi and woodburner. Kitchen area: with electric cooker fridge/freezer microwave and washing machine. Outside: enclosed patio with garden furniture and rural farmland views. Amenities: bed linen underfloor heating electric and first basket of logs included (towels are not supplied). Wi-Fi included in all properties and in the on-site shared library. Up to 5 dogs welcome. For bookings with 5 dogs a 100 security deposit is payable direct to the owner (dogs not to be left unattended in cottages). Additional info: shared dryer available on site.
