Ideal for summer picnics or for those just wanting to relax and watch the varied wildlife with deer kingfishers otters badgers and foxes often being spotted. The property is only a short drive from the beautiful Devon and Cornwall coastline with its spectacular towering cliffs rocky shorelines and long stretches of sandy beaches. The area provides wonderful walking opportunities with the coastal path and the famous Tarka Trail which gives many miles of safe track for both walking and cycling. Hartland Quay and the picturesque village of Clovelly with its steep cobbled street are also within easy reach. Away from the coast there are lots to see and do with many attractions including RHS Rosemoor Gardens Tapeley Park Gardens and the wide open spaces of Exmoor and Dartmoor with their breathtaking scenery. For the children The Milky Way and The Big Sheep are only a short drive. Leisure facilities: fishing on site please bring your own rods. Use of giant outdoor chess set.
