The golden sandy beaches of Pentewan and Gorran Haven are 3 miles away in either direction or visit Truro which is a 20 minute drive offering theatre cinema variety of restaurants and an array of shopping. You will also be well placed for touring the whole of Cornwall with many attractions being within a short drive including The Eden Project Lost Gardens Of Heligan The Tall Ships at Charlestown Lands End Tate Gallery at St Ives and more.
