This luxurious and easily accessible first floor apartment has spectacular sea views from the open plan living area and West-facing balcony where you can watch the beautiful sunset. Double doors open to a large balcony with table, chairs and wonderful views of the sea and coastline.

UTILITY ROOM Entered through a door from the kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer and airing rack.

BEDROOMS The spacious master bedroom takes advantage of the lovely sea view and has a luxury king-sized bed, two sets of bedside cabinets and large chest of drawers plus plenty of hanging space and a flatscreen TV with freeview and integrated DVD. The en suite bathroom has a large power shower, w.c., wash hand basin, illuminated mirror and shaver point. The second bedroom has twin single beds with matching bedside chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe. Bedroom 3 has extra long adult sized bunk beds of the highest quality. N.B Duvets, pillows, linen and towels (excluding beach towels) are included.
