LOCATION A superb village position close to Thurlestone Golf Club and its tennis courts. Excellent sandy beaches and the South West Coastal path are within a few minutes walk, as is the village store, pub and Thurlestone Hotel, with its sports and leisure facilities. A short drive to the sailing town of Salcombe and the market town of Kingsbridge.

ENTRANCE A flight of steps leads up from the communial entrance to the apartment door into the first floor and into the:- 
HALLWAY off which is a.UTILITY ROOM which has a washer/dryer, sink, iron.

KITCHEN/DINING/SITTING ROOM The kitchen area is well equipped with an integral electric oven and integral microwave, four ring electric hob, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The dining area has a dining table and six chairs with a pine dresser and iPod docking station. The lounge area has a three seater sofa, two armchairs, side table, and flat screen digital TV/DVD player. Patio doors lead out to a good size balcony. 

BEDROOMS Three in total.  The master bedroom is a spacious double room with a New England style King-size bed, chest of drawers, double wardrobe with mirror doors, two bedside cabinets and an armchair. There are patio doors leading to the balcony. The superb en suite bathroom has a bath, shower (over), 'his and hers' wash basins, shaver point, w.c. and heated towel rail. The second bedroom has two single beds, wardrobe and bedside tables. Bedroom three also has twin beds, wardrobe and bedside tables. All bed linen and towels are provided but tenants will need to supply their own beach towels.

BATHROOMS In addition to the en suite there is a family bathroom with a bath with shower over, w.c., wash-hand basin and mirror with shaving point.

OUTSIDE Balcony (off sitting room) with metal patio table, two chairs and a bench.

PARKING For two cars, one in the garage and an additional space next to the garage.
