Glenthorne House is an imposing, detached Victorian villa with magnificent views overlooking the Salcombe estuary and harbour, redeveloped and divided into seven holiday apartments and offering quick and easy access to the town, estuary and local sandy beaches.
Flat 7 (Second Floor)
A well presented and tastefully furnished second floor flat just five minutes or so walk from Salcombe town centre with its array of boutiques, pubs and restaurants, sandy beaches, sailing waters and spectacular coastal walks. Flat 7 has delightful views towards Salcombe estuary and South Pool Creek from both the sitting room and twin bedroom, and allocated parking for one car.

LOCATION Glenthorne House is at the lower end of Devon Road, just 3 minutes walk from Salcombe town centre with its array of boutiques, pubs and restaurants, sandy beaches, sailing waters and spectacular coastal walks.
VIEWS Towards Salcombe estuary and South Pool Creek from both the sitting room and twin bedroom
ENTRANCE A shared entrance (for 3 flats) at ground floor level leads up to the flat which is accessed at first floor level. The entrance door leads into a small lobby and a further flight of stairs lead up to the second floor accommodation.
SITTING ROOM A pleasant lounge is presented to a good standard with two comfortable double sofas, window bench seat, TV with integrated DVD player, and a wonderful view along the estuary towards South Pool Creek.
KITCHEN/DINING ROOM The kitchen comprises a range of fitted units, four-ring electric hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave. Large ash dining table with six chairs.
BEDROOMS Three in total. The master bedroom has a wooden framed double bed, bedside units, wardrobe, chest of drawers and sofa. The second bedroom is a twin with two pine single beds, bedside units, chest of drawers and hanging rail. The third is also a twin with two wooden framed single beds, bedside table, chest of drawers, hanging rail and lovely views.
Linen and Towels: All bed linen is provided for weekly lets only. You will need to bring your own towels and tea towels. NB. Linen not supplied for Short Breaks but can be hired at extra cost.
BATHROOM With bath, shower (over), wash hand-basin, w.c., shaver point and light. There is an additional
CLOAKROOM with w.c. and basin.
PARKING Allocated parking for one car
OTHER INFORMATION Mostly carpeted throughout with vinyl flooring in the kitchen and bathroom. Gas-fired central heating and hot water. Wireless broadband internet available. Regret no pets. Strictly non smoking.
