An end mews cottage (one of three) offering reverse level living accommodation and balcony to take full advantage of the stunning sea views. Parking for one car.
LOCATION An excellent coastal position within a small development of similar properties adjoining the lovely sandy beach at Thurlestone Sands. Thurlestone's famous links golf course is within a few minutes drive, as is the Thurlestone Hotel which offers tennis courts and par 3 golf course for visitors.
LIVING/DINING/KITCHEN A pleasant comfortably furnished open plan living area at first floor level with 32" Flat Screen Digital TV with Freeview plus DVD and CD/Radio. Dining table and chairs and sliding patio doors to balcony with furniture. Recently fitted kitchen area is equipped with an electric cooker and hob, fridge (with freezer compartment), microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.
BEDROOMS Two ground floor bedrooms; one with 4'6"double bed; one with two 3'' single beds.
N.B. Duvets and pillows provided, however tenants will need to bring their own bed linen and towels. (Travel Lite provides a dedicated laundry service to cater for all the linen and towel needs of holiday makers in and around Salcombe and the South Hams. OTHER INFORMATION Heating by electric panel heaters and hot water by immersion heater.
OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL Thurlestone Rock residents enjoy exclusive use of the private outdoor heated swimming pool which is available from early June to late September each year (subject to change). Please check with office for confirmed dates.
